It's important to assess the space you will be exercising.

 

Are there any potential risks of injury?

What can you do to mitigate risks?

Here are some things to consider...

Once you've read it 

  • Do you have a drink available for hydration?

​​

  • Is there enough air flow in your space?

​​

  • Is the temperature warm / cool enough considering the activity?

​​

  • Is there anything that could be a potential trip / slip hazard?  You need to work in a space that is slip / trip hazard free.

​​

  • Have you prepared physical support for yourself if needed?  This may be a sturdy chair, a wall or a counter-top
